Delivery and returns
Doors Kenya delivers door leaves, frames and systems across Kenya. This page explains packaging, timelines, returns and what happens if an opening was measured wrong.
Delivery coverage
Other towns are served on scheduled routes or by courier partners for smaller ironmongery parcels.
Timelines
- Stock flush and ironmongery in Nairobi: often 1 to 3 working days.
- Steel and hardwood stock sizes: 5 to 14 working days including prep.
- Custom aluminium, uPVC, bifold and automatic systems: 2 to 6 weeks after measure.
Packaging
Leaves ship edge-protected. Glass travels with dedicated packing. You or your caretaker should inspect outer packaging on arrival and note visible transit damage before signing where a third-party courier is used.
Returns
Made-to-measure doors are not returnable once fabrication has started, unless we made a manufacturing error. Stock items in original condition may be returned within 7 days by written agreement, with transport at cost.
Wrong-size orders based on customer measurements are re-worked at cost. If Doors Kenya measured the opening, we own the correction.
